Philoderm 70% AHA Peeling 50ml
What it’s for: Fast tone refinement for dark spots (melasma/PIH), rough texture, dullness, and fine lines.
What’s inside: 70% Glycolic Acid (AHA) in a controlled gel/solution vehicle.
Effect: Rapid, superficial exfoliation that smooths the surface and reveals a clearer, more even-looking complexion.
Application (pro): Thin, even layer (≈1.5–2.0 ml for full face). Very short contact time (30–120 s), stop at first uniform erythema; neutralize and rinse. 3–6 sessions every 3–4 weeks.
Important: Daily SPF 50+; resume actives only after re-epithelialization. For darker/sensitive skin, use a test spot and shorter contact times. Approx. 25–33 treatments per 50 ml (technique dependent).
Ingredients
-

-
Gel/Solution vehicle – enables controlled, even application and short contact times
-
Fill size: 50 ml
Indications
-
Hyperpigmentation (e.g., melasma, post-inflammatory discolorations) and dark spots
-
Uneven tone & rough texture, dullness, fine lines
-
Suitable for all skin tones; for higher Fitzpatrick types use a test spot and a conservative protocol (shorter contact time)
How to use (professional use)
-
Prep: Cleanse/degrease; protect sensitive areas (inner eye corners, nostrils, lip border). Pause retinoids 3–7 days prior; daily SPF 50+ is mandatory.
-
Application: Apply thinly and evenly with a fan brush/gauze (face typically 1.5–2.0 ml). Work in zones; use very short contact times with 70% AHA.
-
Endpoint: Stop at the first uniform erythema, clear discomfort, or when planned contact time is reached (~30–120 s, depending on skin condition).
-
Neutralization: AHAs must be neutralized → apply Philoderm Peeling Neutralizer generously for 30–60 s; repeat if needed, then rinse thoroughly with water.
-
Series & intervals: 3–6 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart. Low downtime; mild micro-flaking may occur.
-
Aftercare: Cool/soothe immediately after; wear SPF 50+ daily. Resume actives (retinoids/AHAs/BHAs) only after full re-epithelialization.
